It depends what state you are in, we were in QLD, You have to have had the investment in place for four years at the end of that you recieve a statement which you send with your application,...

Posted it off on Friday, they took the payment today, its processed at Adelaide this time, our 165 was processed in Perth and only took 12 weeks. I just hope its quick, cannot...

165 state sponsored investor visa, application recieved 13th October, meds and PCs requested 7th December, visa granted last Wednesday 15/03/2007.

Its hard work, we are in the process of applying for the 165 Investor, nearly there now just waiting for the final email granting us the visa, be prepared for loads of paperwork and stress...
