Yes having a look around the CDS area.My brother has a house in Coin which is up in the mountains.Its a loverly villa with loads of land but it is in the middle of nowhere.Only 3 neighbours dotted...

Thanks for your advice about your friends teenage children.I will look into the private schools as well as the state schools.
