talking about the bankrupcy thingy - if you declared yourself bankrupt in the UK, they wouldn't know over in NZ would they as I've heard your credit history isn't following.

Well troops. Had the phone interview and it went well. After 2 weeks of agonising waiting, they've called to say they'd like me to come over for 2-3 days (another interview) and potential medical etc...

Emma,

There is loads of people in the same boat on this forum and if you do a search and type in 47sp or spouse visa it'll come up with every post related to this particular visa.

BTW - forgot to add. Another fantastic website for property (rental or buying) is www.domain.com.au

I used that website when I lived in Oz....and am using it this time round too....
