What kind of food is available as kids can be quite fussy. Was there enough computers for everyone.
Any restictions on food or drinks.
Are the towels and shower gel provided/included.

I think there are two lounges, one was about £120 for a family, the other was £80 per family.
I think the first one includes showers and massages.

We have a six hour wait between flights, has anyone used the travellers lounge with children. (aged 8 & 9)
Is it worth paying for the lounge, or use the main lounges and restaurants.

How do you retrieve a saved application, I printed off the page with the ID with a SEG...... code.

Expired Passport

Do you have to have a current passport to be able to apply for an online 175 visa.

I have just realised that my passport expired in July and it will take a minimum of two weeks to renew.

If you download the self help tool from vetassess, it gives you boxes to tick for any documents required. I think this is all stuff that only you guys can do.

I am 37 but will probably take the IELTS test to try and gain a few more points and then not be restricted to where we can go.

We stayed last August in Nelly Bay, I think the villa was called Segara,
there is 4 villas which share a pool. they have 2 bedrooms, aircon and all mod cons. Bali style gardens with private decking...

I have just had another look at the exclusions and it says that we had to have 'enrolled' with medicare.
