I have dual citizenship. But I am from Manchester and never ever consider myself a US citizen. That was a paper exercise
I only use my us passport to leave then re enter the US

I’m from Manchester. I’ve lived in the suburbs of Philly for over 30 years. I live in Wallingford Delaware County which is a nice rural area

Whoever told you the city of Philadelphia is safe...
