I filed the I-130 at Vermont as we reside here in Florida. That was back in November but at least we have now have a receipt for it.

I did my husbands when we were in the UK and it took 9 months...

Yeah he knows he cant drink until he's 21. What a pain! So he will have to wait a further 3 years to drink legally over here.:lol:

So is the I-551 stamped in the passport? Regarding the SSN this is on the last form that he has to take with him - DS-230 part II. He has ticked yes as hopefully this will go through quicker.
