Re: UK student loan payment

Re: Fredericton - North or South ?

P.S the south side of Fredericton has always felt like an authentic, unique city in its own right: the north side is essentially an assortment of previously independent towns and municpal districts...

Re: Fredericton - North or South ?

Interesting to see perspectives on the old north/south Fredericton debate from fellow British immigrants.

We bought a place 'on the hill' in May 2008 and are very happy with the location and ease...

Re: Nice Places to Live Outside Fredericton

Having bought a house in the city after looking all over the place I would recommend Douglas, some of Islandview/Silverwood, and possibly areas of Mactaquac and further along the 105 up around Tripp...

Re: Fredericton loses direct flight to London

Losing this flight is a pain, and getting the bus to Halifax isn't a particularly enticing alternative! It can take 7 hours one way on the bus, what with stops/pick-ups etc.

No easy answer to this...

Re: Hotel / B&B in Halifax - suggestions please

Re: reckless driving misdemeanor and marrying Canadian

To clarify, we have a PR application submitted and are currently in Canada on temp permits until Nov 2010. Nothing came up regarding this during the permit application we went through July/August 08....

Re: reckless driving misdemeanor and marrying Canadian

Thanks. Would these be 'deemed rehabilitated' due to time passing? If not, what would I need to do?

Cheers

Re: reckless driving misdemeanor and marrying Canadian

H, I don't know if you might be able to give me some advice. My GF and I are in Canada and going to apply via the NB PNP: we already have an outstanding PR application in and will withdraw this when...

Re: Plasma TVs

Just purchased a 32" LG LCD HDTV and the picture quality with normal Rogers is very average, worse than on a good CRT. We are collecting our HD box tomorrow, so hopefully this will improve things...

Re: Exchange rate

Who did you use and how much commission did they charge you? I am using HIFX but I am not certain the rates are great.

Thanks

Re: CAN ANYBDY ON THIS FORUM SPELL?!

I retire, ungracefully, from the field of battle. I am switching off my alerts and leaving this for you lot to squabble over.

I have better things to do with my time.

Adieu.

Re: CAN ANYBDY ON THIS FORUM SPELL?!

Re: CAN ANYBODY ON THIS FORUM SPELL?!

Given that I am a poet the above has no bearing at all on my creative writing. Do you think I write papers like that?

Regardless, I like it!
