I haven't tried them yet but we opened the account with Scotia as Barclays told us they had an agreement with them! I will give them a go, thanks.

We are actually in Banff at the minute. You could try the Fox hotel and suites. It is brand new and we loved it. Plenty of space and quite reasonable. It gets excellent reviews on tripadvisor.

Ordinarily I would agree but we asked specifically months ago and she said that previous clients had gone over by ship and visas weren't an issue. I'm hoping that this may yet mean we will be o.k but...
