Question Can you buy property in Canada as a Federal PR? Can you buy it in Quebec as well?

Is it possible to work in Quebec once you've landed as a federal skilled worker (destined to Ontario) , do you need a CSQ to work in Quebec? Would employers ask for that when they want to hire you?
