I do NOT agree. For example, in Islantilla there are a lot of hotels and the rental income is very high

Yesterday I spoke with a technician of ENDESA in Huelva (the electricity supplier). They told me that all Esuri should be connected in around 2 months.

A reasonable price for a estate agent will be almost ALWAYS the lowest price for the seller, so they can sell it as soon as possible as well as increase the seller price with the estate agent fees......

ELECTRICITY is NOT given by FADESA. Electricty is connected by ENDESA... so... I think it will be available in all esuri in 2 months... but NOT now...
