Nord VPN doesn't support Chromecast. I got this information from their tech support team. I use hdmi instead when in Italy.

Thank you for your information,we still have the 3 rates but there is a 12 euro per month extra for despatch and marketing ??
Is this normal for non residents ?

Does being a visitor and not a resident make a difference to the electric and gas bills as we seem to pay a lot for leccy. Does 24 euros sound a lot for 11kw with enel ?

The unit price is ok at...

We do the Schengen shuffle as well. We leave keys with our estate agent whose family live in the same village. Our neighbour checks the outside and waters the pot plants in return for some English...

Thanks for the reply. How does it show up on your leccy bill then ?
I had a 30 euro credit back in the summer on my enel bill but no idea what it was.
We're Schengen shufflers by the way.

How bizarre. I have just been sent a bill from Enel for electric which shows -30.00 Euros !
I paid our bill in April as normal.

Our IMU on an old flat in Canigiano,Lucca province is 532 euros this year. I guess we pay more as foreign owners with no residency. The bill is for 2 of us.

Can we use this site as we only have our place as a holiday home and don't have residency?

The quotes do look much cheaper than our current Enel and Butagas suppliers.

is this tax on the value of the savings account for example,.4% of the total amount ?
Also,if you draw interest from it,is it also taxed as income ?

After lots of thought and several meetings with a lovely lady in our local Entrate office, we've decided to not try for residency. The potential tax liability is way too much,even she was taken aback...
