Yes and the reason is because in Canada, citizenship is by land, ie: being born here. In others it is by blood.

With the above in mind, I'm not sure if diplomat's children would be excluded if...

Dentists here are NOT cheap, at least not in Ontario, not sure about other provinces. If by caps you mean crowns, a crown is about $700.

Most dental insurance plans covers basic and major work at...
