Re: Shipping Companies

Many shipping companies will not provide insurance cover for items you have packed yourself so if you want your items to be insured you may wish to consider this.

Re: Priority Processing (New Critical Skills List)

Re: CIMA Assessment via NIA

That's interesting, I went with the NIA and I assumed they would assess in the same way as ICAA.

If you passed back in 2004 though would that have been under the old syllabus? Not sure how...

Re: CIMA Assessment via NIA

To clarify I am ACMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants). Both the NIA and ICAA are able to assess for the role of Accountant as well as another body that will only assess for those with...

Re: Accountant Skills Assessment help (CIMA Finalist)

I didn't say they would assess my work experience, only that I would ask the question of the NIA. I think it then makes perfect sense, as Alan Collett noted, that the view of the relevant assessing...

Re: Accountant Skills Assessment help (CIMA Finalist)

Hopefully they will accept it, you would think that if they had an issue with it they would have let you know by now if you applied back in May, but maybe they just take a long time. I would be...

Re: Accountant Skills Assessment help (CIMA Finalist)

Funnily enough I wasn't expecting being optimistic to sway the minds of DIAC at all. Rather I meant it in the manner that I am optimistic that common sense will prevail.
