I was out of US for 5 weeks vacation on my 1st (3 years H1b) and had 11 months left on my 2nd (3 years H1b). Does that mean I can reclaim total of 11months + 5...

if one had become a PR and stay more than 2 years, one should be eligible to file for unemployment benefits if he/she loses job, right?
