We got the VISA, but now we .....

Dear All,

We got our VISA yesterday and we need to enter AUS. before 9th of May 2009.

My question is, do we need to send our passports to AUS. high-commission to get our VISAS, or just that...

I sent mine on 11th April, all in a single envelop and one cheque for all 4 applicants. I got an email confirmation this morning stating that they received my reqeust it but it may take up-to 40...

How much time we get after validating AUS visa

We have CO assigned and We have applied for MEDs.

Once we have visa granted, how much time do we get to validate visa?

once visa is validated, How long we can stay in UK after that ?

Yes, I applied on 31st Aug 2007. Lucky - just on th last day.

They want me submit MEDs by 6th May, but I am getting any apointments. What happens if it delayed ?

Sorry for the confusion, those were wrong dates. Ist Applicaton was recived by them 30 Aug 2007, and online application was submited in Dec 2007.

Two Applications -

We have applied to AU immegration twice. First we application was received on 30 sept 2007. I think we scored 120 marks.

We were not sure, so put in online application in Dec 2007, where we scored...

I have applied for au immigration under category 175. I scored 115 marks hence my application is a pool for 2 years.

I was born in India and hold British passport, and I think I got 10 marks or 15...

We applied using on-line system in Dec 2007. We scured 115 points.

Now the system is requesting for medicals documents.

I don't think, there no case officer has been allocated.
