I am confused!

So if we do not submit the further inforamtion CIC requested and she stays in Cnada for 730 days then re apply.... how does that work with her status as PR and getting her SIN...

Hi We did it the other way round my Canadian girl friend, now wife, came to the Uk. Prior to arrival she had to get a marrigae visa via immigration in Canada, not sure if that is the case the other...

Didnt get everything I asked for but a nice balance.

Well lots of things to think about, some very obvious!!!!

Medical records and tax issues not really thought about and due to receiving a pension in the uk I need to keep bank accounts etc....
