If you turn up with a return ticket and state that you are a tourist, when in fact you are a Permanent Resident, the you have declared a false statement to the immigration officer, and what happens...

If you want some honest advice, I would say that if your paperwork is part of a failed application, and CHC london are saying they do not have it, it's highly unlikely that you will see it again.

Sorry about the last message, there was one too many dots in the weblink. Try: www.cic.gc and follow the link:"I do not qualify for the simplified application process".

You should log onto www.cic..gc and follow the link:"I do not qualify for the simplified application process". All you are doing is simply re-submitting your old forms.
