Re: A Diifferant Perspective on Imigration.

For the ist time in 10 years, it's made me gulp, it's 100% sober reading. I would condsider those comments to be required reading for all potential and new immigrants. It certainly puts things into...

Re: Refused - urgent advice needed please

The purpose of the 90-day update letter is to give you an opportunity to ensure that your old info (2006) is still the same or change it if different. If you don't respond to the 90-day letter, then...

Re: Does Paid Charity Work In Canada Req. Work Permit?

Hmmm, so you want to emigrate to Canada just so that you can go and knock on peoples doors and ask them for money. Is any wonder why people are reluctant to donate to charities.

Re: Will Canada still let me in?

Sorry for sounding negative mate, but a lot of the advice given on this forum in situations such as this, are just polite diatribes. I sincerley hope that things work out for the best for you, but...

Re: Will Canada still let me in?

Unless you have proof that you paid the fine, I guess some cynical person might consider that you decided not to pay the fine as you never considered that one day you would want to emigrate....

Re: Can Permanent Resident status be invalid?

I think you should wait in line again, just like everybody else. You seem to have scant regard for the immigration process. One minute your in Canada, then your out. You fail to wait for your PR...

Re: What to do?

If you want some honest advice, I would say that if your paperwork is part of a failed application, and CHC london are saying they do not have it, it's highly unlikely that you will see it again.

Re: Update letter - which forms to complete?

You should log onto www.cic..gc and follow the link:"I do not qualify for the simplified application process". All you are doing is simply re-submitting your old forms.

Hope that helps.
