For the ist time in 10 years, it's made me gulp, it's 100% sober reading. I would condsider those comments to be required reading for all potential and new immigrants. It certainly puts things into perspective. It should be recognised that those comments were posted in 2005 and the Canadian Govt. has made progress in trying to get foreign qualifications recognised by Canadian employers.
