Renewal of PR card

I landed in 2009 as a sponsored parent but only stayed for a couple of weeks. I moved here permanently in March 2012 (I have been here for more than 730 days) and my card is due for renewal in July....

We intend to "land" in June next year, stay for a few weeks and then come home to tie up all the loose ends before moving permanently.

As my son has undertaken to keep us for at least 10 years...

Ours came by ordinary mail. Try emailing CHC to find out if theyhave been sent. I have emailed them a couple of times and they have always replied although it does take a few days to get an answer.
