Medical Requests received but advice needed re Background Declaration
We are in the UK and applying for PR as sponsored parents.
We received our medical requests today which is brilliant but CHC are asking us to complete the Schedule 1 Background/Declaration (question 11) Personal History and Addresses (question 15). We have already supplied this information in accordance with Sponsorship of parents, etc Immigrant's Guide (IMM 3998). This states we only to have the provide the information for the past 10 years.
Does this mean that CHC want this information for all the years since our 18th birthdays? Or do they want confirmation that nothing has changed since we submitted our Schedule 1's in March this year?
Any help would be much appreciated. It is 32 months since our son submitted his application to sponsor us and I would not like to get this last bit incorrect.
Medicals are booked for 4th September!

Yes one for every person over the age of 18 and giving all of their activities and addresses since their 18h birthday.
