In my experience, the average Italian is more willing to tackle building jobs themselves, bring in a family member or a trusted family friend to do it so you might be better off looking for work with...

I've been in an Italian hospital. I was visiting a friend who was having surgical swabs removed from her abdomen that had been left there during a previous operation. She was in quite a lot of pain...
