Hi All,

We've remortgaged our UK house to take some of the equity out to put down as a deposit on a place here in the US..

does anyone know if we'll need to pay tax in the UK? or US? or both?...

Ok - success on the type - i checked the legal people who sorted it all out for the L1 and I have an L1-A. this is good right? :confused:

Not sure to be honest. It says blanket L1.
Visa type is R L1.

Does it say somewhere anything to indicate A or B?

Believe the original petition was in my managerial capacity, not sure if that's...

We've been in the US for almost 2 yrs on an L1 and L2 visa and the missus has caved on staying - woohoo :thumbsup:

We've told our company who'll now sponsor us for a GC - yet another...
