Who can say? I would suggest you PM Dean to get him to look into it. I got ours on Monday and I sent them on the same date as you but the money was taken May 22nd. I wouldn't bother with the premium...

I just received my passports today, they were issued on Friday but only after Clare from Ottawa made a call. That is 7 weeks from when I applied. Its appalling.[
