Are Points on UK licence transferred to an Oz drivers licence?

I'm not sure if this question has been asked before, do your points on your UK drivers licence transfer to an Oz drivers licence? Or do you get a new licence with no points when you apply for your Oz...

Other OZ Police forces

I hope to move over to OZ early next year and would like to apply to NSW, Victoria or Queensland Police(in order of preference). Hopefully my permanent residence visa will have been issued by then.
