They have had my additional information for four weeks and medicals since April. I feel like i'm losing the enthusiasm in the whole thing, because everything takes so long.

I completed my medical on Mar 23rd and the results were sent 1 month later. They requested additional information 3 weeks later, which I sent June 4th. Since then I have heard nothing. I'm not sure...

Timeline medical to Passport Request-What are peoples experiences?

We had our medicals on March 23rd. I was just wondering what peoples experiences were and how long passport requests are taking?

I was made redundant at the end of March so i'm in limbo now

No its a standard form. Type it in on google and print it out. Fill in the details and get your solicitor to witness it. I paid about £20

just paid £190 for everything nr Manchester in Altrincham. It is cheaper up north and the doctor told me that people travelled up from London to undertake the examination.
