Re: Leaked BNP members list.

http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/england/bradford/7741270.stm

The list should not have been printed if only to protect the unlucky souls (and their children) who live next door to the saps - or...

Re: Mortgage free living - Discuss

The main bonus I've found is that there is less pressure on me at work. If I find my job ever stresses me out (like the one I had in the UK) I'll just leave and take a job sweeping up at Home Depot...

Thumbs down Re: Girl found alive

I was born and bred (as were my wife and kids) in that town - they are a purer breed of mutant on the Moorside.

What with this case, the 7/7 bomber and the BNP councillors constantly getting...

Re: EASTERN CANADA - GOOD OR BAD?

I'm glad you've cleared that one up - I had an unsettling vision of you stood on a street cornor in Sinagpore saying "me love you long time."

Here's an Eskimo, sorry Inuit* video to illustrate the...

Re: EASTERN CANADA - GOOD OR BAD?

Same thing happened to me - the Maritimers kept asking me if I was an Eskimo too.

In fact when my hire-car stopped working I pushed it to a garage and the mechanic looked at it and said "Hmm,...

Re: EASTERN CANADA - GOOD OR BAD?

Yeah - I heard that about 3 to 1 girls. Never noticed when I went for a night out there once - mind you it was a "stagg do" so I don't remember much about it.

I've heard Nottingham has a lot of...

Re: EASTERN CANADA - GOOD OR BAD?

Naaah - "The Hood" was (in the earliest ballads) from Barnsdale, Yorkshire - the *sheriff* was from Nottingham ;)

Wink Re: EASTERN CANADA - GOOD OR BAD?

I'm moving to Quispamsis - off route 1, Saint John. Funnily enough I was born (and live this week anyway) in Kirklees - which is where "Robin Hood's" grave is (Kirklees Priory). Big hero of mine -...

Wink Re: EASTERN CANADA - GOOD OR BAD?

Cheers for that. Not seen it in the Maritimes - but then again I "zone out" when shopping with the missus - so a whole platoon of HP sauce bottles could have roller-skated past me and I wouldn't have...

Re: EASTERN CANADA - GOOD OR BAD?

I bought a load of tea bags from that stall. Can't remember if it sells HP Sauce or not - I'll have to take a look in the next week or so.

Re: Want happiness? Live East.

Glad you've found your number one. I spent an hour and a half in St John's last year (stop-over flight). I will certainly add it to my holiday list - I need to see more of Atlantic Canada for sure.

Re: Economic Changes - Canada v England

The asterick in my post referred to a letter "e." As everyone knows* a "shet" is the part of the fridge that contains the "cooling gases."

As for "space-docking" - I'd rather not know about your...

Wink Re: Economic Changes - Canada v England

Well my Uncle was a 60 a day smoker and drank like a fish - and lived to the grand old age of 45. I reckon it's all "nanny state" scaremongering.
