I think it's a bit cheeky asking you to pay for medical records. I faxed my doctors (in Surrey) from australia and got my dad to go and collect a print out of my medical notes - they charged...

I haven't submitted my application yet and they said that they send it to your home address... and when you apply you stick the lot in together.

But I am not sure how many envelopes there...

I took my meds 3 weeks ago in Melbourne and I'm waiting for the results to come back... hopefully sooooon!!!

One thing I am confused about it whether or not I'm allowed to open it. ...
