However they were dressed they were kiwis yelling abuse at a black british rugby player. Clear enough.

If I was black and gay I wouldn't feel comfortable...

I've never called it a union flag or heard anyone else call it that.

I think it's fine for a country to use the UNION JACK if they are proud to do so but if not they should move on like USA,...

In theory yeah it should be fine but I would think twice if I were you. I have gay friends who have tried to settle in both Wellington and Auckland and said they are the least gay friendly cities...

Looks pretty good actually. Still has the four stars and then a silver fern on a red and black background in the corner to replace our union...
