My application is no longer on the ecas site. Does it mean that i have been rejected? I called CIC Sydney and they say it is still in progress and not to contact them for 24 months

The CIC website has updated the processing time and the new processing time for CIC Sydney is 35 Months for 80 % of applicants. It is getting really bad. All my planning are going to be screwed up...

The canadian government has changed recently and conservatives were voted in . There is a belief that the rotten system will be upgraded and the Processing time may be significantly reduced.
