Same position here in Qld ( Sunshine coast ) We need to get back soon but not a lot of action in the housing market so we have to stay till it sells.

Same for us here in Qld, Australia.
We've dropped the price and to be honest don't want to drop anymore, we're already big $$ under the other property's on the market around us but still no luck....
