For investment properties near Ballarat I would suggest somewhere in Alfredton would be good. Its not too far from the university and there has been a lot of development in the area.

we got a partially furnished place,

beds, sofa and dining table and chairs basically

Rent for the house was 240 a week and we paid an extra 10 a week for the furniture

we were fortunate enough to rent a partially furnished house so didnt need to go and buy all these sorts of bits and pieces.

A lot of stuff can be picked up fairly cheaply in Vinnies or Salvos if...

I would just sugest for duvet unwrap and put inside a duvet cover, thus making it look used

Clothes, make sure the tags are removed and preferably mixedin with a range of older clothes.

Nah aparantly the other way they check is to look at the actual plug and if it looks used then it gets through. Dont know if its actually true though
