Finally...Its my turn to shout!!

The Yellow envelop arrived y'day. For those who have been asked FBI after the new Rule, Grant letter was sent to me in one week after receiving FBI.

Rung up ASPC

I rung up ASPC after sending the medicals and PCC almost 5 months back. The call center operator told me that they mailed me a letter on thursady but refused to tell me the contents of it.

FBI accepted Finger prints on Country specific Card

For those who want to apply for FBI Check, FBI accpeted the finger prints taken on my countries finger print cards.
As long as the card has 10 rolled finger prints and they are clear for...

How Long after FBI??

How long does it take to get the grant after FBI ? Meds and other police checks were sent 5 months back.
Also, will DIMIA accept the FBi checks we send or it will wait for thier own initiated USA...

I am in a similar situation as yours. I applied in jan 2002 , more then 18 months back.SInce i Lived in USA for more then 12 months my background check is taking forever. My case offficer didnt ask...

Hi,
I sent the birth certificate and 4 passport size photographs.
As far as the medicals are concerned, babys do not have X-rays so no need for form 26. Just the examination and no blood test...

Canada CAIP notes Equivalent

If you browse the Canada Immigration forum , there exist something called CAIP notes which give a detailed status of the Application.

Is there anything equivalent to CAIP Notes for Australia.

I was asked for medicals and police but due to pregnancy my case went on hold. I sent the medicals along with baby's photo's and birth certificate soon after the birth.Would it help if i send...

Form 1022

I sent my medicals and police clearance .
DIMIA didn't ask for Form 1022 and Bio pages of my passport along with the medicals.
Should I send it or wait for them to request.

Can a OZ PR enter NZ and work without any kind of work visa for NZ?

Is there a possibility for DIMIA to ask for 100,000K bond if you have not chosen that option on your application.
I applied under 2231-17 (Analyst/Programmar) category with no MODL. I scored 120...
