Can OZ PR work in NZ without any work visa?
Can a OZ PR enter NZ and work without any kind of work visa for NZ?
What is the procedure to enter NZ and work after the validation trip to OZ.

Who does not need a Visa or Permit to work in New Zealand
You do not need a visa or permit to work in New Zealand if you are:
a New Zealand citizen or a New Zealand Residence Permit holder (to
re-enter you need a current New Zealand Returning Resident's Visa), or
an Australian citizen, or a resident who holds a current Australian
resident return visa, or
exempt from the requirement to hold a Permit to be in New Zealand, or
the work you will undertake in New Zealand is not considered to be
employment as set out below under "What Work is Not Considered to be
Employment?"

If you are an Australian PR the real question you should be asking
yourself is are you prepared to lose your PR by spending time in New
Zealand? Time in NZ does not count for Australian citizenship or RRV
purposes, and many people have been left with no status in either
Australia or NZ.
Australian *citizens* can work in NZ without needing to worry about
their visa status in Australia.
