When starting a new job in Spain for a Spanish company, do you need to provide any kind of documentation from the Uk to the new spanish employer for tax purposes ie P60 etc?

Thats great, having an allergy is a bit of pain as its one of the reasons I have avoided visiting various countries like malaysia, china and thailand as they seem to use peanuts/peanut oil heavily....
