Well, I guess each to their own, but my husband is Australian and I am American and we definitely think Oz has a better was of life. Especially for kids. Sports are really important and everyone...

We paid £15 for 60 pages; just randomly called a high street solicitor in London and it took 5 minutes.

yes, we had to apply twice as well (surname spelt wrong by one letter first time and immigration wouldn't accept it).

No luck!! I called the number they give me on the police check but it's just an automated response and there is no way to get hold of anyone.

This sucks.

I don't have an acknowledgment letter, I applied right at the police station. do you have a phone number on your acknowledgment letter that I could call?
