they are 'broker' fees, there are still fees to pay to the mortgage lender - arrangement fees that can indeed be added to the mortgage.
I'm just a little 'cautious' I don't mind that there are fees,...

I have been trying to remortgage a UK property, but the UK banks don't play nicely these days when you try to remortgage, so I have been looking for solutions.

The problem with this is that it may not present share holder value, and Busch had better have a bloody good presentation to there share holders on how they will make there stock this valuable...
