I have spoken to my agent (not official yet though) and yes I can go for the 138 visa. They said the 138 would be a better option all round. Thanks for the pointer, it looks like good advice:-)

Simple answer is that I am reluctant to pay £1000 for someone to fill out a form for me. I can't get any advice from the Australia iimmigration dept. So I am hoping somebody that reads these forums...
