Received PR card

I didn't ask for it, I was sent to secondary inspection and it was in my passport when I got it back.

Police record has "procurator fiscal fine" level 1, from 2 years ago. £25 charge (peeing in alley on way home from pub. seen by policeman. no excuse!).
