It seems in most cases if the fund is sizeable it is worth bringing over and then, if you have more than $A500k it is worth considering a self managed super fund.

The advice I just recieved by telehone from an IR Tax Supper expert was if fund remained in the UK for 10 years and then I returned to UK that there would be no tax.

Tax only occurs on payment...

me aussi, she brit have been married 14 years and living in UK.

Moving to Aus, do we just apply for spouse visa in London and hope we get PR straight away, without further form...
