Everything is virtually ok now but it did take 3 months to get the electricity and water connected and 7 months to get the gas connected. I am still waiting for the gas test certificate to enable me...

My villa is not at Esuri but about a 15 minute drive away. At least Fadesa seems to be better than the estate agent I dealt with but late completion is going on all over Spain. A friend of mine...

I cannot think of any poisonous snakes in the world. When I was in the armed forces in Malaya back in the 60s we used to eat all sorts of snakes and were never poisoned (they taste like chicken)...
