I'd like to second what Gary says about Toronto. We were there in September and December last year and were 'shocked' at the cleanliness and space on the subway trains.

I've just had en e-mail from a shipping company in reply to my request for a quote based upon us packing our own posessions.

They have said that they discourage people from packing their own goods...

The website www.settlement.org gives the list of identification documents that are valid when opening a Bank Account.
One that is mentioned is "IMM1000" which I believe is also known as the Landing...

To be honest, we prefer Air Canada.

The baggage allowance is better than the charter flights, free food and drink throughout the flight and more legroom in 'standard' class.

We booked our holiday to Toronto with Canadian Affair last year and actually flew with MyTravel and Thomas Cook Airlines.

I had presumed from the start that Canadian Affair are an Agency.
