The scary thing is I actually predicted the day in the end and got it spot on, I reckon we'll get our COs on: 14 September :)

I went through a similar problem last year. My PR (136) visa expired in November 2006, I didn't meet the requirements for a residence return visa due to the fact that I had not resided in Australia...

I think what I'll do then is submitted the Dutch Good Behaviour Certificate Form plus self-addressed envelope with my Visa application, then hopefully DIMA will complete the form and return it to me....
