Hornsby or Chatswood as they have good shopping centres, distance from the city is under 1hr and not far from the famous northern beaches.
Hornsby also has excellent girls' schools.

thanks. according to the data, only 19% of Class 136 applicants have received pre-grant and grant letters.

but there may be ppl who haven't updated their status online.

did a small research from austimeline data for skilled independent between Nov 1 and today.

last grant activity on that site is May 17th.

no grant after that.

imho, don't you need a visa stamp when you go back to country of former residence?

in my case, it was USA and my FBI clearance was dated two years ago. So, if pp doesn't have the visa stamp after...

all PCC should be within one year from the date of issue.
PCC (over one year) from former resident countries are at the discretion of the CO. In my case, CO asked me to get my whole passport...

see my timeline. I have delivered what he asked since May 5th. He said he was about to finalise the case on Apr 29th and he also said he would proceed to finalise my case once what he asked arrived....
