I man having last minute neerves and trying to get details so I can budget. We depart next month for BC.

Is it possible to hang on to the UK license? We plan to continue to run a business here so would be returning frequently so dont want to give up our UK licenses.

We plan to buy a motel in bc. What extra costs are incurred over and above the asking proce for the property? e.g. taxes for forgein buyers, propoert tax?

Would love to hear from others who are waiting or have recently got visa. I want to see how much longer we are likely to have to wait. We got AOR from London March 05.

Its a beautiful town surrounded by mountains. It was the location for the first Rambo film so mebe you want to watch that.

A little town centre with less than 10 commercial streets and a lovely...

I am in the UK and it may vary from country to country. What is examined in the medical. How extensive is it? I hear all this stuff about x-rays. Are they looking for tumors or tb? Sounds expensive....
