Default Waiting time for skilled worker PR?

Would love to hear from others who are waiting or have recently got visa. I want to see how much longer we are likely to have to wait. We got AOR from London March 05.

You cannot predict your timeline on the basis of processing times of cases already completed. It just doesn't work that way.

Expect more than 3 years from submission to IA.

Thanks Andrew. So on what basis can you predict the time line?

November 04s from London have been told that they'll 'review the application' by April 2007. Given that June 04s were told March 06, they seem to be taking two to three months to process a month of applications at the moment.

Hi,

As Andrew has said, the current waiting time from application to AI is 30-35 months, assuming you are applying through London. Allow at least another 6 months on top of that for issue of visa, all of this of course assuming you have a simple case. Hope this helps?
