My concern is that now I have to carry this all life long on the visa and whenever I apply for any visa in any country, I would need to say "Yes" to an arrested Q, at which they could deny the visa...

I would like to avoid the fees for lawyers since I need to do premium processing as well and it would cost me a lot to have a lawyer do that for me since the company would not pay for anything...
