Hi,

My H1B expires this dec. What is the best to get an extension?

There is only one way for a person to get an H-1B extension, assuming the person is
eligible, and that is for the employer to file an H-1B extension petition. Did you
have any other options in mind?

Nice Point! My bad. I confused extension for visa. How much do these two processes take? Any idea?
