Not sure this law is going to stop the Dutch moving too Spain on mass. Holland has become a very over crowded country. It’s just a case of supply and demand.

Hotels can be a headache. I stayed at one last summer in salou where people were putting towels down on sun loungers in the morning. Said to my self I’m not going through that again.

The Dutch mainly. Then followed by the Germans and Swiss. Sanchez will know this. It’s common knowledge in places like Ibiza where the housing crisis is really bad.

The people causing the price of rentals to skyrocket in Spain are EU nationals. Trying to imply it’s British is actually dumb.

It’s a publicity stunt. If you can’t stop the Dutch because you’re in the club then maybe being out of the club is a better option. Brits haven’t been buying in Spain like they used to anyway...

British were buying run down property in the mountains where I lived. Areas where Spanish people were actually vacating. They brought much needed money inland. This Sanchez government is comical....

Will this law include EU nationals? It’s the Dutch that are buying the property. Followed by the Germans and Swiss. The Dutch have sent the prices through the roof but because Spain are in the EU ,...

Keep seeing things about this. Apparently they want personal details now when making a booking which is a breach of data protection. Hotels are saying that it puts them at a disadvantage.
