Default Property sale Notary payment

Hello. I sold my small casita in Catalonia a couple of years ago. The agent who sold it for me informed me that the buyer has not paid the final fees to the Notary. She said until he does , the Notary will not transfer the ownership. So technically I’m still the owner and liable to the annual taxes. There was no electricity or water mains at the property. There was a pump that pumped from the river but that was changed over. I think it’s just the annual tax which what I can remember which was only about €100 a month. The buyer paid me what I wanted for the property. I’ve messaged him and asked him what’s going on but he just ignores me. Will I have to pay these taxes? I’m not living in Spain anymore and have no intention of ever living in Catalonia again. Also if I’m still the owner , can I sell it again? I might know some people that would love a house at a massively reduced price.
