If you get the K1 for him to come in to the USA as a fiance.. he marries you within 90 days from entry, then he does not have to leave the country He gets processed here in the USA.. may have to go...

Never did I say that overstaying makes a person have evil intent, nor did I ever say that one becomes more dangerous once they overstay their visa.

This is not the quickest way.. since USA girl needs to establish residence in UK for 14 to 24 months (as I understand by other post) before they will be able to DFC. Since would not DFC, paperwork...
